A + F chose to do their engagement in one of my most absolute favorite spots in Oregon: Cape Kiwanda. If you haven’t been to the northern Oregon coast and checked this place, be sure to add it to your bucket list. Photographing these two feels like hanging out with old friends. And while Frank and I hadn’t met yet, Aspen truly is an old-time friend who graduated high school with me! After our session, they invited me to get dinner with them at Pelican Brewery (a cute little spot right by the water). Moments like these, when I get to capture sweet love + get to hang out with friends in the process, are what make me really love my job. Also, I kept telling Aspen “you look like a fairytale mermaid!” I’m *not* wrong.
